Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely. Every photo on our site shows the exact item you’ll receive. Minor variations (e.g., natural wood grain or screen‑color differences) may occur, but the style, materials, and specifications match the pictured product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, we email a detailed receipt to the address you provided. You can also download or print it anytime by signing in to My Account › Orders and selecting the relevant order number.

How can I return an item?
  • Sign in to My Account › Orders and click Start a Return.

  • Choose the item, select a reason, and submit the request.

  • We’ll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.

  • Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any designated carrier location.
    We process refunds within 3‑5 business days after the package reaches our warehouse.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In most cases, yes. Click Notify Me When Available on the product page and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back. Limited‑edition or seasonal items may not be restocked once they sell out.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available to over 40 countries; check the drop‑down list at checkout to see if yours is included.
